You will be informed of all areas where our tradesmen require access prior to work commencing.
All work and access areas will be protected by dust sheets.
All our vehicles carry several dust sheets and hoovers.
All tradesmen can use shoe covers – if required.
All our qualified tradesmen are CSCS tested and certificated for Health & Safety purposes.
All our gas engineers are registered with the Gas Safe Register the national gas safety body.
hiflow is also registered with SNIPEF (Scottish and Northern Ireland Plumbing Employers’ Federation) which gives you peace of mind that you are choosing a plumbing business which uses properly trained and qualified operatives.
hiflow holds relevant public & liability insurance to protect our customers and ourselves for trade related incidents.
hiflow will give you a price for the work to be carried out, prior to attending on site.
Should any additional work or parts be needed, we will ensure that you are fully aware of what is required and any additional cost that will be incurred. No additional work will be carried out without your prior agreement. We work on a “no surprise” basis. This is a 2 way relationship and it should ensure that we are both clear of what is expected of each other as your job progresses.
